Own corporate relationships end to end—from onboarding and steady-state care to renewal and growth. You ensure each business reaches its fullest potential through clear insight and rigorous information gathering. You spot new markets and opportunities, know how to leverage them for Dootsa and for clients, and read people and dynamics with maturity.
Provide first-line and second-line support to users, creators, and internal teams with fast, accurate resolution.
Lead support quality, SLA adherence, escalation handling, and knowledge management for creators and end users.
Own deployment reliability, infrastructure hardening, runtime monitoring, and incident response readiness.
Manage field agent teams, onboarding quality, safety, performance targets, and campaign execution discipline.
Advance the Dootsa mobile app for end users and field agents with reliable offline/online workflows and telemetry.
Lead daily operations across support, field teams, compliance execution, and service delivery to keep Dootsa stable and scalable.
Support POPIA, enterprise assurance, and information security controls across product, process, and operations.
Improve release confidence through automated API/UI testing, regression controls, and quality metrics.
Build and maintain product features across creator tooling, rewards, compliance controls, and internal operations interfaces.
Drive engineering delivery, platform reliability, and secure development practices across web, mobile, and data services.
Coordinate quote-to-cash processing, billing controls, payment follow-ups, and finance reporting integrity.
